Our Trips

We will be looking forward to taking you where you can enjoy being in a "special place".

The integration between the travelers and the local population and environment is one of our basic concerns. We really wish that our travelers understand a little of the Brazilian cultural and racial diversity, by taking part in small parties with typical music and dances, religious manifestations and meals at the local people's homes.

This means visiting places for Brazilians and not especially for tourists. We understand this is a way of presenting to our trip partners a better view of our country and our people.

Lodging - Meals and Water - Transport - Safety

Lodging:

We always look for hotels or lodgings with something special, a charm in the decoration, a privileged location, a very special service and of course very clean rooms. In some trip's we stay at the local residents' house for a larger exchange with the Brazilian culture.

When the camping is necessary, we offer a great structure with all camping gear, tent's for two people with inflatable mattress (except sleeping bag) and we look for the most interesting places, close of courses of water and shaded.

Meals and water:

The Brazilian food is very good. We try to mix in the itinerary: typical plates, simple meals in residents' house and restaurants. The trail snacks are planed according the activities of the day. The meals in the camps are planed to be a surprise and eventually they can assist a specific demand of the group.

Obs.: Alimentary restrictions should be informed previously.

With the water we have a special concern. We always used mineral water and when that is not possible, we purify the available water with filters or appropriate products.

Transport:

The vehicles we use in the overland's trip are our truck 4x4"Carcarodon" and van's, equipped with sound, reclinable seat's, high roof, space for luggage inside, roof rack and all the necessary equipments for the trip.

Safety:

Our itineraries are most of the time in safe areas, without the dangers of the big cities, but we always guided the groups for eventual places that can represent some risk.

- Communication: we always transported communication equipments as: radio, mobile phones or satellite phones for emergency communication.

- Medical kit: available in the vehicle and during the activities, is set up with First Aid items, emergency equipments and medicines of generic use. The guides have First Aid certificate and they are prepared to accomplish the necessary procedures.
